Caligula crossescthe Bay of Naple
Emperor Caligula has build a bridge just to prove a fortune teller wrong. When Caligula was young the fortune teller ,Thrasyllus, told Caligula father that Caligula could not be the emperor than of riding a horse across the Bay of Naple. Caligula ask his man to build a floating bridge which need to be supported by ship use as pontoon. (]: Which I do not know :[) The bridge cost thousand of ship to stop transporting grain, which may cost a famine. If this happens, Caligula will became even more unpopular. He once he became unpopular because he wanted his horse to be the chief minister.
