This article is about a 2 years old Indian girl named Lakshimi Tatma who was borned with four legs and four arms . She needed to undergo a 40 hours operation which was performed by a team of 30 surgeons in Bangalore.The surgeons separated her spinal column and kidney from her "twin", then gradually closed up her pelvic girdle while re-orientating her bladder and genitals. Without the operation she might die.The operation cost $300,000,but the surgeons did it for free. The operation was successful.
