Trouble way down south.

98 per cent of Antarctica is covered in ice. In East Antarctica the ice are so heavy that continent is pressed more than a kilometre into the earth. In West Antarctica the ice drops 2,500m below the water's surface.In 1995, the 1,600sp km Larsen A ice shelf disintegrated.Wilkins ice shelf in 1998, and the 13,500sp km Larsen B ice shelf in 2002.
