Long time ago before the author, barbara was born, his grandparent had a family of four girls.Babara's grandparents had a huge garden. During the great depression, when work was hard to find, grandpa's family depended on the garden for food. They grow fruit trees , planted tomatoes, beans, squash, cucumbers, peppers and strawberries during spring and ate food from the garden during summer.Grandpa died when he was eighty-nine years old. One day, grandma saw a lot of bees in the garden buzzing around . That summer, Grandma's garden grew and grew. Everyone came to admire her garden and get a meal from the grandma provided for by the garden.Grandma realised that the bees helped her garden to grow. Grandma believes that the bees were sent by Grandpa to help her in the garden
